ABOUT US

Clare has been in the legal field for over 10 years!. She holds a Bachelor of Law as well as a Bachelor of Psychology, and has a love for public speaking.  She holds a particular interest in Property Law, including the purchase and sale of property, leasing, purchase and sale of businesses, complex neighbourhood disputes and real estate developments. Her focus in property law is on protecting a vendor or purchaser from the complex issues that can arise with property, while ensuring a smooth and streamlined process for the client.  As well as this, Clare holds a great deal of experience in general litigation and can often be found down at Manly Court, acting on a range of issues from AVOs, to Drink Driving matters through to Small Claims.
